We are proud to bring Australia a taste of the Caribbean, a bottle of Caribbean sunshine to be precise. An old family recipe that goes back generations.  If you were to visit the Caribbean you would find a similar sauce in every household and in most restaurants as it enhances any dish. We truly believe this hot sauce will soon be in every kitchen cupboard in Australia, next to the Tomato sauce of course.

The Carolina Reaper hot sauce is certainly hot but still complements all kinds of food. The sauce is mustard based so can be used for anything that you want to add some extra spice to. The sauce is a perfect match for any kind of meat dish, seafood, eggs, vegetables, fried foods...literally just everything!!!!
