The Rum and Que team started out as backyard cooks, but took their passion for BBQ to the competitive circuit in 2017. Matt and Tracey, husband and wife, along with their good mate Ryan make up this award winning New Zealand team. 

From Auckland, New Zealand, Rum and Que bring you a range of rubs and sauces made using their experience from years of competing in the US, Australia and around NZ.   

Meat Juice BBQ Sauce is Rum and Que's first sauces that they shared with the world. Created from their many competitions, Meat Juice is great as a dipping sauce for all meats, or if heated, can be used as a great glaze on all sorts of pork, but especially on pork ribs! If you are looking to enhance the sauces' flavours further, Meat Juice is a perfect accompaniment to Rib Rocker Meat Rub and Soft Coq Meat Rub!
