What you need
350mL boiling water
125g butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 160°C fan forced.
Combine cake mix, boiling water and melted butter in a mixing bowl. Whisk to combine.
Pour into a greased and lined 8 inch cake tin and bake for 60 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
Allow to cool and refrigerate for two hours before removing from the cake tin.
Cookies - you can turn our mud cake mixes into indulgent cookies.
simply use your mix, add 3/4 cup of vegetable oil & 2 eggs.
Combine roll into balls and place on a lined cookie tray.
Bake at 160 degrees for 10 minutes.
