- We are not liable to you or any other for any loss in connection with the use of this website or a linked website.

- Payment must be received then goods will be sent. Once goods have been sent customer will receive an email with a tracking code and freight company details.

- Invoice will be sent prior to shipping information

- All information collected will not be shared with other parties and will only be used by use to supply promotions or specials

- Warranty cases are to go though the suppliers of the goods, we will only provide contact details for the companies involved.

- Items may only be returned within 14 days of delivery, refund will not be given for change of mind and funds will only be returned if it is found we are at fault. Issue that are due to a supplier mistake will be dealt with by them, in certain cases we will act on your behalf for this. This is a case by case issue.

- Prices are subject to change if suppliers pricing changes

- Regarding complaints or warranty issue please contact us via email at [email protected] please provide proof of purchase and evidence of the damage (if applicable)

- Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. Delivery

- The costing of delivery may vary for distribution on goods outside of our selected depos

- All items in our heavy weight category .e.g. smokers and BBQs will be delivered to a depo, then required for collection from the buys as some machinery .e.g. trolleys and forklifts are required to load them.

- Once payment is processed items will be released for delivery and a tracking number will be provided to customers

- Once goods are released to Freight Company they are held accountable for delivery time frame and all other freight related issues.

- Customers will be contacted by Freight Company once good available at drop off point.
